Home/Services/Event marketing

Event marketing, promotion and flyers.

Bars, venues, promoters and collectives. An event lives or dies on turnout, and turnout is decided in the two weeks before the door opens. We design the flyer, build the event pages and run the promotion behind them.

01 / WHAT YOU GET

Everything between announcement and door.

A flyer on its own is a picture. What fills a room is the flyer, the event pages, the paid promotion and the reminder the day before, all pointed at the same thing.

01Flyers, print and digital

One design, cut for every place it has to live: the Instagram feed, the story, the Facebook event header, and a printed sheet for the venue window.

02Event pages set up properly

Facebook and Instagram events, with the date, location, ticket link and co-hosts right, so the platform actually distributes it.

03Paid promotion

Boosted where boosting works and a real campaign where it does not, targeted to the radius that will actually travel to you.

04A posting schedule

Announcement, line-up, last call, day-of. Spaced so the event stays visible without exhausting the audience.

05Ticket and RSVP links

Pointed at wherever you sell, tracked so you know which post produced the sale rather than guessing.

06Recap content

Photos and clips after the night, which is what sells the next one before you have even announced it.

02 / HOW IT RUNS

Announce early, push late.

Most promoters post once when tickets go live and once the day before. The gap in between is where the room gets filled.

STEP 01

Lock the details

Date, line-up, venue, ticket link, price tiers. Everything the flyer and the pages depend on.

STEP 02

Design the flyer

One idea, cut into every size the platforms need, so nothing is cropped badly or reposted at the wrong ratio.

STEP 03

Build and announce

Event pages live, first posts out, promotion switched on at the radius that makes sense for the venue.

STEP 04

Push to the door

Reminder posts and a late spend push in the final days, when most tickets are actually bought.

03 / WHAT IT COSTS

Starts at $750 per event.

Flyer, event pages and the promotion behind them. Ongoing venue calendars from $1,200 a month.

$750PER EVENT

Ad spend is separate and stays on your own card, never marked up. Print costs are yours and paid direct to the printer.

04 / ALSO

Runs well with these.

Most of these problems are the same problem wearing a different hat.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How much does event promotion cost?

At eCommWiz a single event starts at $750, covering the flyer, the event pages and the promotion behind them. Venues running a regular calendar start at $1,200 a month. Ad spend is separate and stays on your own card.

How far ahead should we start promoting?

Three to four weeks for a normal night, longer if tickets are tiered or the line-up is the draw. Most promoters announce once and then go quiet, but the majority of tickets are bought in the final few days, so the late push matters more than the announcement.

Do you design the flyer or just run the ads?

Both. The flyer is designed here and cut for every size it needs – feed, story, Facebook event header and a printed sheet for the venue. Running ads against artwork somebody else sized wrong is where most event budgets get wasted.

Do you do printed flyers as well as digital?

Yes. Print-ready artwork is part of the same design, at the right bleed and resolution. Printing itself is paid direct to your printer so there is no markup passing through us.

Got a date on the calendar?

Tell us the date, the venue and what you are selling. You will get a plan and a price, and we will say if the timeline is too tight.
